Returns & Right of Withdrawal
At LSShop Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
How to Request a Return
- Log in to your account and go to your order history.
- Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return, then click Request Return.
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened nail products (gels, liquids, tools) cannot be returned.
- The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
