Application
- Prep and file the natural nail surface
- Apply a thin layer of Base Rubber Clear first (recommended for all pigmented bases)
- Apply Shatter Base Strong No.14 TPO Free in a thin, even layer
- Cure under UV-LED lamp: 60 sec LED / 120 sec UV
- Repeat for desired opacity and coverage
