How to Apply
- Prepare the nail surface and apply your base and color layers as usual.
- Apply a thin, even layer of Top Coat Ice Blue over the entire nail surface.
- Cure under LED lamp for 60 seconds or UV lamp for 120 seconds.
- Repeat if a higher gloss finish is desired.
